These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Craig’s Automotive (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
Services
We provide automotive repair, maintenance, and related services. All work is performed by qualified technicians to industry standards.
Estimates & Authorization
- We provide written estimates before performing work
- Additional work discovered during service requires your authorization before proceeding
- Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated
Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made
- We accept cash, check, and major credit/debit cards
- A storage fee may apply for vehicles not picked up within 3 business days of completion notification
Warranty
- We warrant our workmanship for 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first
- Parts warranties are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty terms
- Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications
Liability
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the services performed
- We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, undisclosed vehicle issues, or consequential damages
- Vehicles left on premises are at the owner’s risk
Vehicle Abandonment
Vehicles left on our premises for more than 30 days without communication may be considered abandoned and handled in accordance with applicable state law.

Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
